Organic Tails

Organic Trails was established in 2004 in Columbus, Ohio by Kevin and Darren Malhame. Their goal was to choose only locally grown, organic, and artisan produced foods to protect the environment, support producers with similar values, and to ensure they served the most wholesome and delicious food. Northstar Café and Brassica are two different restaurant concepts under the Organic Trails Cafés brand. Both establishments are unique and beautiful – the level of construction quality and detail required on these projects is unmatched in the industry. Fred Olivieri Construction Company had our first experience building for Organic Trails in 2015 when they asked us to be their restaurant building contractors for their restaurant, Northstar Café, located at the Liberty Center in Liberty Township, Ohio. Northstar Café offers breakfast, lunch and dinner with a well-rounded menu that keeps their company philosophy at heart. From here, we were fortunate to gain experience building their other fast casual concept, Brassica. Brassica offers Lebanese cuisine that honors traditional Mediterranean flavors with a commitment to organic and sustainable practices. We built establishments in Shaker Heights, Westlake, and the large shopping complex, Easton Town Center, in Columbus, Ohio.
