Founders Ike Grigoropoulos, Chef Dimitri Moshovitis, and Ted Xenohristos grew up immersed in the warmth of Greek food and community—Sundays spent around tables filled with slow‑roasted lamb, lemon‑kissed potatoes, and bowls of fresh tzatziki. That deep-rooted belief in connection through food inspired the very first CAVA, launched in 2010 alongside Brett Schulman.
Today, CAVA has grown into one of the nation’s leading Mediterranean fast‑casual restaurants, expanding to more than 400 locations across the country. Their menu is built on vibrant, high‑quality ingredients that not only taste good but make you feel good.
