Fred Olivieri Construction Company has been fortunate to be the country club builder of choice for three major Country Clubs in our local area of Stark County, Ohio. Country Club projects involve a short shutdown during their off season to ensure the least disruption to club members and staff. As the contractor for these projects, we have a tight and timely schedule. Our priority is to keep the jobsite as clean and safe as possible for the staff that work through the shutdown. Over the course of many years, Fred Olivieri Construction has worked on major remodeling projects at Brookside Country Club, Congress Lake Country Club and Shady Hollow Country Club. As a company, we hold ourselves to the highest standards; we believe this gives us the capability to perform and meet the high-level expectations of country clubs.
