Dominion – Corporate Office and Training Center

Dominion Energy, and long-time client of the commercial general contractor Fred Olivieri Construction Company, had the need for a new Training Center for their employees and technicians. The 17 acres site in Boston Heights, OH included a 37,000-sf state of the art technical training center, and a Training Town with 13 structures for specialized training for technicians as well as emergency response teams. The project was also awarded a LEED Silver Certification. In addition to the Training center, Fred Olivieri Construction has completed projects in 6 of their other Northeast Ohio corporate office facilities spanning over 20 years. Fred Olivieri Construction was trusted as the commercial general contractor to perform various construction projects including major renovation projects, building additions, warehouse space, multi-phased remodels, and ongoing maintenance projects.
