Campbell Oil Corporate Office

Fred Olivieri Construction, a commercial building construction company, was contacted by the Campbell Oil Company when they were looking to expand and create a new corporate headquarters for their growing company. Celebrating 75 years as a company, the Campbell Oil Company and BellStores needed a new facility for future growth and development. The 55,000 square foot facility needed a variety of workspaces to serve the different operating parts of the company. The facility includes 30,000 square feet of corporate office space, a new 250-person training center for corporate meetings, 10,000 square foot metal building warehouse / distribution space, and consolidated storage spaces for the expanding operations of the company.
