McDonald’s has been one of Fred Olivieri Construction Company's longest standing, most loyal clients since 1968, and we’re lovin’ it! From their humble beginnings in 1955, McDonald’s Corporation is now the world's leading global foodservice retailer with more than 40,000 locations in over 100 countries. Owned and operated by various franchisees, Fred Olivieri Construction has worked on over 650 McDonald’s restaurant construction projects throughout Northeast Ohio. In 1968, the original McDonald’s franchise in Canton, Ohio connected with, our founder, Fred Olivieri, to work on a McDonald’s restaurant construction remodel project - the rest is history. Since then, Fred Olivieri Construction Company has built over 200 ground-up restaurants, performed many major remodel projects, service area optimizations, side-by-side drive-thru’s and more. The McDonald’s restaurant construction timeline for these various projects can range from 2-16 weeks. We typically run a minimum of four or five McDonald’s projects at any given time. We believe that our lengthy and strong relationship with McDonald’s franchisees and McDonald’s Corporation is due to our ability to complete all projects on time, correctly, and on budget.
