Hot Shots Pickleball Club was born from the shared passion of four friends who loved the game and wanted to play—rain or shine. What began as a dream of building an indoor pickleball facility turned into a bold vision. Just a year later, they took the leap and brought that vision to life.
The project involved the conversion of a 20,000-square-foot warehouse into a state-of-the-art indoor pickleball facility. The space now features nine pickleball courts—eight designated for open play and one reserved as a tournament court. Additional amenities include mezzanine-level seating and lounge areas, a bar and café seating area, a pro-shop, a self-serve beer tap wall, and more.
Owners Mike & Patty Paschke were thrilled with the results stating, "We enjoyed working with the FOCC Team. They were on time, on budget, and the results were beyond our expectations. The entire team and subcontractors are the best."
